MENTAL ILLNESS CAN GET UGLY. EVEN WHEN YOU'RE PRETTY.

Controversial ketamine treatments, sensory deprivation, antidepressants, traditional therapy ... follow Autumn down the rabbit hole of mental health struggles in Hollywood - AND out the seldom-discussed 'other side'. Because when the all-consuming mental illness storm has settled; who will you be WITHOUT constant dysfunction, and what new challenges will you face?
ABOUT AUTUMN
Autumn Adele is an LA-based model, actress, social influencer, visual artist and mental health advocate who grew up in Florida in a loving but volatile family dynamic. As a child, Autumn, the eldest of 4, witnessed the thread of clinical depression weave its way through her family; from her aunt's suicide to being abandoned by her father - and various substance abuse in between. After losing her aunt, and then her childhood home to a fire at 7, Autumn was diagnosed with learning disabilities, and by just 14 she was a pageant princess who was experiencing suicidal thoughts, drinking heavily and was sexually active before her time.
While suffering from mental illness and substance abuse in her 20s, Autumn obtained a marketing degree from Florida State University, moved to LA, modeled for Playboy, Mens Health Magazine, Levi's and Chevy and starred on Food Network's Ultimate Recipe Showdown. In her 30s, Autumn found a treatment plan that worked for her, built a social following around her mental health advocacy and began writing her first book while maintaining a successful career in biotech & stem cell research. She also recently scored an acting role opposite Luke Wilson in the film 'The Swing of Things' due for release Summer 2020.
